This Cookies Policy explains how Kleum uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on kleum.ai and the contributor platform, and the choices available to you. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

1. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required to deliver the service you have requested — authentication, session integrity, security, load balancing, and abuse prevention. These cannot be switched off through our cookie controls.
  • Preferences. Remember language, locale, and interface preferences so the platform behaves consistently between sessions.
  • Analytics. First-party aggregated and anonymised usage metrics so we can measure performance and improve the product. We do not use analytics cookies for cross-site profiling or advertising.
  • Operational. Used to deliver payment, identity verification, and fraud-prevention features through our processors.

2. Third parties

Where a cookie is set by a third-party processor (for example a payment or verification provider) on our behalf, that processor acts under a written agreement and uses the data only for the service we have engaged it to deliver. We do not permit third-party advertising cookies on the platform.

3. Your choices

You may manage non-essential cookies through the in-product cookie control and through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break authentication and prevent the platform from functioning. Clearing cookies will sign you out and reset preferences.

4. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire after a defined period appropriate to their purpose (typically up to 12 months for preferences and analytics; up to 13 months where required by local law).
