Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 2026
Kleum is a global community of contributors producing physical-AI training data. These Guidelines set the standards every contributor agrees to. They sit alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and apply on the platform, in operator and contributor channels, and during any capture or teleoperation activity carried out for Kleum or its customers.
1. Quality
- Read every brief in full before starting and follow it precisely.
- Submit only work that you have personally performed in line with the brief. Do not fabricate, stage, or pad recordings, and do not submit AI-generated material where it is prohibited.
- Raise ambiguities in the designated channel before submitting. Quality issues caused by guessing are foreseeable and avoidable.
2. Integrity
- One account per person. Do not share credentials, sell access, run multiple accounts, or impersonate another person.
- Do not collude with other contributors to influence quality scoring, task allocation, or pay.
- Specialist register applicants must hold the credential claimed at the time of application and for the duration of any specialist contract.
3. Safety and lawful capture
- Do not place yourself, family members, colleagues, or members of the public at risk to produce a capture. If a capture cannot be performed safely or lawfully, do not perform it.
- Obtain consent where required by applicable law for any identifiable person appearing in capture. Remove inadvertent bystander capture or sensitive material before submission.
- Do not capture in environments where capture is prohibited (for example, secure clinical areas, restricted workplaces, or private locations without permission).
4. Confidentiality
- Treat briefs, customer identity, and pre-release content as confidential. Do not publish, screenshot, post to social media, or repurpose any of it.
- Personal data of other contributors and any third parties encountered during capture is confidential and must be handled accordingly.
5. Respect
- Treat staff, fellow contributors, and operator colleagues with respect at all times. Disagreement is welcome; harassment, threats, hate speech, and discrimination are not.
- Do not retaliate against contributors who raise quality, safety, or conduct concerns through appropriate channels.
6. Enforcement
Suspected breaches are reviewed by Kleum operations. Outcomes may include coaching, withheld payment for non-compliant Deliverables, suspension of access, removal from specialist register, or permanent termination, proportionate to severity and history. Material breaches affecting safety, confidentiality, fraud, or other contributors are escalated immediately and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Reporting
To report a concern under these Guidelines, email contact@kleum.com. Reports made in good faith will not be the basis for adverse action against the reporter.
