Why we exist

Modern AI doesn't appear on its own. Every useful system you've ever interacted with — the one that translates a sentence, drafts a document, reads a scan, drives a car — was built on enormous amounts of careful, structured human work. Reviewing, judging, correcting, demonstrating. That work is the difference between a system that's impressive in a demo and one that's actually trustworthy in your life.

That work has, until recently, been hidden. Kleum exists to bring it into the open: a serious, transparent platform where the contributors doing it are compensated properly, on a predictable cycle, with no fees and no nonsense.

We're already a community of 500K+ contributors in 100+ countries — and the demand for human-quality training input is growing, not shrinking, as the technology gets more capable.

What we believe

• Compensation that reflects the work. The work that makes AI good is skilled work. We pay accordingly, on a predictable cycle, with full transparency before any task is accepted.
• Open to anyone serious. No gatekeeping. If you can follow clear instructions, there may be work for you. If you hold a professional qualification, specialist work may be available after verification.
• Global by default. AI should work in every language, every culture, every part of the world. That requires a contributor base that spans regions, languages, and disciplines — not a handful of countries.
• Institutional standards. Vetting, data handling, payment integrity, and audit — all operated to the standard our enterprise customers require.
